Blueberry Crumble Slice

You will need...

1 pack Green’s Fruity Blueberry Muffins

2/3 Cup Water

1 cup (150g) plain flour

½ teaspoon cinnamon

3 tablespoon (60g) very soft, reduced fat margarine

2 tablespoons (25g) soft brown sugar

1 tablespoon (20ml) water

Icing sugar to dust


Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan forced). Grease and line a 27cm x 17.5cm slice pan with baking paper.


Place muffin mix and water into a mixing bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until combined. Pour mix into prepared tin and top with crumble mix.


Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool in tin, cut into squares and dust with icing sugar.

For Crumble

Combine all ingredients with a knife until a crumbly texture.


Makes 16 squares
