Carrot Slice


You will need...

1 pack Green’s Classic Carrot Cake Mix

1 egg

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2/3 cup water

1 cup coconut

1/2 cup chopped raisins

1/2 cup diced dried apricots

1 cup Lowan rolled oats


Preheat

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan forced). Grease and line a 32cm x 22.5cm oblong cake pan.

Mix

Mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon.

Spread into a greased and lined 32cm x 22.5cm oblong cake pan.

Bake

Bake at 180°C (160°C for fan forced) oven for 35 - 40 minutes or until golden.
