Triple Choc Mini Muffins


You will need...

1 pack Green’s Rich Choc Chip Muffin Mix

1 egg

3/4 cup (200ml) water

1 tablespoon (20mL) vegetable oil

1/2 cup white choc chips

Icing sugar to dust


Preheat

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan forced). Grease one 24 hole mini muffin tray.

Mix

In a mixing bowl, add muffin mix, white choc chips, egg, vegetable oil and water. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.

Place spoonfuls of batter into a greased a mini muffin pan.

Bake

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan forced) for 12 - 15 minutes or until muffins spring back when lightly touched in the centre.

Enjoy

Dust with icing sugar to serve.

Makes 24 mini muffins.

Note that this variation is not low fat.
